Raw material: pure low-pressure high-density polyethylene (HDPE) (no irritating odor, no toxic or harmful gas emissions). All materials must be corrosion-resistant, recycled materials are prohibited, and steel pipe reinforcement is not allowed; the pallet must be sturdy and durable. Shelf life: 3 years. Within the warranty period, damage due to quality issues will be replaced free of charge at a rate of one new pallet for every one damaged pallet. Damage beyond the warranty period or due to operational problems will be replaced free of charge at a rate of one new pallet for every three damaged pallets.
2. Pallet technical standards conform to the requirements of national standard GB/T15234-2007.
3. Pallet acceptance requirements comply with GB2934-82 intermodal flat pallet size series.
4. Pallet operating temperature range: Pallets can be used normally within a temperature range of -40℃ to +60℃.
5. Appearance: The pallet surface should be flat and free of burrs, cracks, and deformations that affect its use. There should be no obvious color difference on a single pallet, and the color of products in the same batch should be consistent.
